Fire risk analysis is not only based on weather variable but also considering other factors such as vegetation and anthropogenic activities. Fire risk in this system is defined as a function of vulnerability of the area and total hotspot which indicates level of threat to fire. Vulnerability of an area to fire is location specific, depends on adaptive capacity, exposure, biophysical and socio-economic conditions. Characteristics of each province/district is not the same, therefore they are not treated as such in the analysis. The output is available at provincial level. Specifically for Riau and Central Kalimantan provinces this currently is already made available at district level. Other provinces to follow.
